Our standard free default option ensures that your items are swiftly delivered directly to your doorstep or porch. However, for those seeking an elevated experience, we offer a "white glove delivery" service. With this option, your item will be carefully transported to the room of your choice, with our team handling minor assembly and the removal of packaging and boxes from your premises. Order Handling & Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation indicates that we have successfully received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Our fulfillment process commences immediately, with all orders processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. In the event that an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly inform you via email and void the pre-authorization.

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and the charges have been processed to your credit card, it will be shipped within two business days from the date of your order. Tracking information will be provided to you within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Should you not receive tracking information within 3 business days from the date of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@modernwellnesstech.com.

Refunds and Returns:

General Policy: We accept returns for exchange or refunds. Refunds or exchanges request must be made within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned unopened and unused, except in the case of damaged items.

Please allow up to 7 days for refund processing once the refund is approved. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Restocking Fees: Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, this fee applies to all products.

Defective or Incorrect Items: For defective products or incorrect shipments, we will cover all associated costs to correct the order. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

Cancellation of Custom Orders:

Unfortunately, custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded as they are tailored to your specific requirements and commence production upon order confirmation. If you have any doubts about the nature of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us for clarification.

All transactions for custom-made and made-to-order products are considered final.

Shipping Times:

We endeavor to expedite your order, providing estimated shipping times on our product pages. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 2–7 business days after the order is dispatched, bringing the total delivery time to between 3-9 days. While we aim to meet these estimates, please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damages:

Please check the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you observe any damage, please make a note of it when signing for delivery. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, kindly send photos of the damage, including the box and SKU, along with a brief description, to info@modernwellnesstech.com. We will handle an insurance claim on your behalf. For freight damage, photos and videos must be submitted within 24 hours of arrival, or the claim will not be valid. Any visible exterior damage should be reported within the same timeframe.

Defective Product:

We stand behind the quality of our products, ensuring that you receive them fully functional and as advertised, without any additional costs on your part. Should you encounter any defects with your ordered product(s) upon arrival, please notify us promptly, within 15 days. We are committed to swiftly addressing any issues to your satisfaction and we will either repair or replace the product.

Warranty:

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. Warranty claims cover damages that occur over time and from regular use. Damages incurred upon arrival and not reported within 30 days are not considered a warranty claim. Warranty claims that are deemed valid will result in a repair or replacement of the damaged product free of charge.

"Buy One, Get One" Promotions:

For promotions such as "Buy One, Get One," both items must be returned for a full refund. Partial returns will result in a replacement or store credit for the value of the individual item. Restocking fees of 25% of the returned item cost will apply and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect Product:

In the unlikely event that you receive the incorrect product, we understand the frustration it may cause and we are committed to making things right for you promptly. Upon notification of the error, we will handle the return shipping and associated costs for you. Our dedicated team will ensure that you receive the correct product promptly without any further inconvenience. Chargebacks:
